How to receive purchased packages?

• Although you don't need to be online when you make the purchase, it is more recommended to be.
• Most purchased packages go to your /mail so always check your mailbox and redeem your perks!
• Note that purchases may take as long as ten minutes to process
• If you encountered any problems, #create-a-ticket  on our Discord Server and a staff member will help you out, don't worry! :D

How to redeem Shiny of Choice?

• Inform the staff team that you'd like to choose a shiny of choice from a package that you purchased. (Non-Legend/Non-Paradox)
